Professionally, Hans is an investment advisor with Janney Montgomery Scott. He and his wife, Judy, live in Yarmouth. In her free time, Alicia cultivates music ministry at the Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church. Alicia Phelps (she/her)– Director of Community Partnership & Special Programs Lisa joined the 317 Main team in 2020. He took music lessons and participated in several groups at 317 Main for 5 years before joining the board. Molly Gallagher Burk (she/her)– Director of Foundation Relations 317 Main Community Music Center He now takes weekly  lessons with 317 Main Teaching Artist Ellen Gawler. After college, Chris moved to New York City, where he worked as a performance artist, musician, puppeteer, and on the staff of the Arts at St. Ann’s concert series in Brooklyn. Issac first picked up a fiddle in 3rd grade in our partnership program at the East End Community School. Amy is also a Master Gardener, a founding steering committee member at the Yarmouth Community Garden, and the manager of the Yarmouth Farmers Market. Kristine is delighted to combine her passions for folk music and teaching as 317 Main’s new Little Roots Coordinator. He and his wife Stephanie live in Yarmouth where they’re about to be empty nesters. Amy spent two decades working as a television reporter for stations in Maine and Boston before finding a dream job sharing stories about the transformative power of music at 317 Main. Hours: M-TH 9-6PM, F 12-5PM. He is now devoted to bringing that same 317 magic to people of all ages and backgrounds. Samantha lives in Yarmouth with her husband and two young sons and enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends. An avid fan of outdoor activities from cycling to hiking to snowboarding, he and his family enjoy all that New England has to offer. Chris returned to Maine in 2013 to work as the 317 Main’s Director of Music Education. After a successful career in leadership roles at several companies, Maine native Peter Haynes turned his attention to the non-profit world. Cass Baker already has deep connections to 317 Main as a music student, 317 parent, open mic host and coordinator of our 2019 HenryFest celebration. Molly has been part of 317 Main’s Development team since 2012 and she loves helping make 317’s programs possible. Now retired, Jeff is an avid cyclist,  skier, grandparent and member of Unspent Youth, 317 Main’s Deep Roots ambassador band. Having been brought into the 317 orbit by its founder, Peter Milliken, he now thinks it is the best original idea any friend of his ever had. Chris has taught lessons, classes, and workshops in mandolin, songwriting, English Country Dance, and traditional Shaker music. John lives with his wife Holly in North Yarmouth and is so happy to have his two grown daughters both living nearby and having his grandson enrolled in 317 Main’s Little Roots program. Jeff White worked as an attorney with Pierce-Atwood for 39 years. He lived in Nashville, TN from 2003-2013, where he founded the band Kindling Stone. Kristine is an avid collector of children’s songs, activities, and games and sharing them has been her life-long passion, first as a babysitter and camp counselor, and later as a 3rd grade teacher in the North Berwick school system. She served on the board of directors for US Lacrosse where she drafted tools for all 63 chapters to utilize to build stronger boards and recruit and retain volunteers. By joining the board at 317 Main, he hopes to help others discover the joy and relaxation that comes from playing and listening to music. Lisa is a passionate singer/songwriter who enjoys playing music with her husband and two children. Peter has played piano and sung in choirs since childhood. Jeff and his wife live in Cape Elizabeth. A beginning mandolin player, he and his fiddle and violin-playing daughters Maggie and Teagan live in Cumberland Foreside. Fred says he plays left-handed mandolin imperfectly but with a decreasing level of futility. Now she continues to love music and dance and she does lots of it with her two young children. With a background in marketing, public relations, and organizational development, Lisa has worked with various organizations on brand development and event execution. Her background is in nonprofit fundraising and communications and she earned a BS in communications at Boston University and an MBA at Antioch University New England. from Skidmore College with a Major in Art History and Double Minors in Arts Administration and Management & Business. In 1989, Chris founded the band Rust Farm with Boston guitarist John McGann. John joined the Board of 317 Main as the first Board Chair in 2004. Please wear a face mask when visiting 317 Main. At school, she was awarded the Filene Scholarship where she enjoyed playing and managing numerous ensembles and recorded with Adam Abeshouse. Jeff founded Boston based, Architecture and Interior Design firm, J. Schwartz Design. She has taken fiddle lessons at 317 Main andhopes to again. Sally Struever (she/her) – Director of Development Stefan serves as Chief Investment Officer with Camden National Wealth Management and is an avid guitar player. He graduated from Waynflete School and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in acting from Skidmore College. Through 317 Main, Jeff has rediscovered the joy of making music and the rich and lasting friendships music creates. She and her family live in Portland. His songs have been recorded and performed by Adrienne Young, Mark Erelli, Rani Arbo, Carol Noonan, Barnstar!, Northern Lights, Dennis Brennan, Joe K. Walsh, and others. A native of Salt Lake City, she has a MA from Georgetown University and has spent twenty years working in the non-profit sector as an executive director.
