KISS Blueberry Zucchini Smoothie Serves 1 (Double or triple as needed) Ingredients 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 1/3 cup or 1/2 small zucchini 1 small banana or half large banana, frozen 1 scoop your favorite protein powder 3/4 cup coconut-almond milk (or your favorite milk) Instructions 1.) It is easily my new fav smoothie. It didn’t even need any type of sweetener! Well done, and worth the 8 ingredients recipe (unlike many whose taste decreases with the number of ingredients.)
